I think that you have missed some out. Italy and Portugal (Europe, Africa), Yemen (Asia, Africa), maybe Ecuador (S America, Oceania), Greece (Europe, Asia) for starters

I honestly have no idea what you mean with Italy. Portugal (Madeira) was an obvious mistake on my part. Yemen (I'm assuming you mean Socotra) is fully Asia. Ecuador (Galapagos) is way too far away from Oceania (Easter Island is way closer that's why I included Chile). I didn't see those tiny Greek islands though. Thanks.
