Equipment (armour, weapons, spells, rings, ammo) will NOT be included.
Damaging consumables (firebombs, throwing knives, etc.) will be included.
Skull lantern will not be included, as it can be equipped and used in the hand.

Although I think more type-ins should be accepted for the four Lord Souls, because these answers are not what they are called in-game. I tried typing "lord soul", "bequeathed lord soul shard", "nitos soul", "nitos lord soul" and other things but none of them worked.
About the type-ins, I had noticed that while playing through the game that the lord soul names weren't specified to each boss. I got the items list from FextraLife, but in classic Fextra fashion, they just made up their own words for some reason. I'll get to editing asap!
