I dunno exactly how this is usually considered but "Ho" in "Ho Chi Minh" functions as the last name, even if it is said first. I do think putting "bin" and "Laden" together is a good idea, even if it's not exactly like a last name. Khan isn't really his last name, but it works since his well-known children were named Khan too. Edward isn't his last name, that's just his first name.
