1. Even with that caveat, Manila, Bangkok, and Jakarta are also all Pacific capital cities that are on the coast and more populous than Lima

2. I just realized you stated that Ho Chi Minh City is the most populous city in mainland Southeast Asia, but Bangkok is more populous than Ho Chi Minh City, is also located in mainland Southeast Asia, and is coastal by both city proper and urban agglomeration definitions

3. I also just realized something a bit nitpicky but by urban agglomeration, Jakarta is more populous than Manila, is located on the Pacific ocean, and is Southeast Asian
