Random Country Flags with an Unnecessary Amount of Caveats

If a flag is backwards, type its name in reverse.

If a flag is missing a design element, remove all vowels from the answer

If a flag is stretched wider horizontally, double the first and last letters. If a flag is less wide, remove the first and last letter from the answer.

If a caveat forms a different flag, type that flag instead. (For example, Mexico without the emblem would be Italy, not Mxc)
