Name the classic cartoon character [HARD]

I love classic cartoons and that style so here's a quiz on a few characters. The characters range from 1918-1961 except for a few exceptions those exceptions exist because the art style follows the style of the 1920s or was originally created in the 30s but I used their modern design.
