The Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso is by Saint-Saëns, not Tchaikovsky. Mozart was also not the only one to make it to a 40th symphony, so you should be more specific - (in G minor, K.550, for example). Out of interest, there's another William Tell overture by André Grétry as well, but of course that's barely known.
