What do you mean castles and chateaux? chateaux means castles in French

Apparently, in English, there is a distinction between the two. A castle is a fortified structure, defensible during battle (like Bratislava Castle); a chateau is a manor house or palace, usually without fortifications. I'll change the clue to read manor house or palace instead of chateau, since it's potentially confusing.
