Category Elimination: Given Names #1

For each group, choose any given name which applies to the first category. This will reveal the second category, so choose name any given name which applies to both categories to reveal a third category, and so on.
Options for each category include given names which are relatively well-known in English. Please let me know if I have missed any obvious ones.
If the name you try could be considered obscure and it doesn't work, perhaps try a more common name.
