Since the Pleistocene extinctions were much earlier in Australia than in the Americas or northern Eurasia, there are not many ice age megafaunal holdouts here aside from maybe the dog-sized thylacine as most of Australia's megafauna was already long extinct at the 10kya mark. Rather these extinctions seem to be heavily focused on relatively small animals which were wiped out by human-introduced pests.
