I forgot how Euro-centric the older World Cups were. Also, I think this could be interesting to earn points based on how far the team got (e.g., Brazil would earn you 4 points, Romania would earn you 2, and the USA would earn you 1 point).

As I was designing these quizzes, I was thinking the same things regarding both the dominance of Europe in the later stages as well as the historic appearances of particular nations in these later stages. But I suppose that the international coefficients account for these things (along with more localised confederation tournaments).
