1. You listed multiple US states as countries

2. You listed Scotland & England as countries when JetPunk standard is to count them as part of the United Kingdom (UK)

3. Antarctica is not a country

4. Poland is not Eastern European as it is instead Central European

Doesn't change that Antarctica is not a country, England & Scotland are not independent from the UK, and that Poland is Central European rather than Eastern European

You can still fix the quiz by editing the description of Poland and replacing Antarctica. That will reset the stats, but at least the quiz will be accurate given the caveat in the description.
