On the quiz itself, it asks for House's medical specialty, but in the answers, it asks which department he leads. He leads the diagnostics team, but as sukapkin pointed out, his specialty is infectious diseases.

Although 'VICODIN' does work as a type-in, the actual drug does not have an 'e' at the end (which shows up in the answer field).
