Biggest Cities of Finland at Independence With a Map

Upon its independence in 1917, Finland was a largely poor, developing country with 3.3 million inhabitants, having a per-capita GDP PPP estimated at less than $150. However, the urban population had been growing at a steady rate since the early 19th century, and as such there were quite a few cities and towns with modest populations. With the help of a map, can you name the twenty biggest cities of Finland at its independence on December 6th, 1917?
Population estimates according to the Finnish Statistical Yearbook of 1919.
One of these cities is in modern-day Russia

Here’s a translation:

Suomen väkirikkaimmat kaupungit itsenäistymisen aikaan kartalla

Itsenäistymisen vuonna 1917 Suomi oli enimmäkseen köyhä, kehittyvä 3,3 miljoonan asukkaan valtio, jonka arvioitu BKT (PPP) per capita oli alle 150 USD (NOTE: or if you prefer ‘130 euroa’).

Caveats:

Asukaslukujen arviot perustuvat Suomen Tilastolliseen Vuosikirjaan 1919.

NOTE: None of the cities have been integrated into other cities, so I just kept the bit about Russia for the next one.

Osa kaupungeista ovat nykyään osa Venäjää.

NOTE: For the Finnish quiz it would IMO make sense to show all of the answers as their Finnish names, meaning Viipuri for Vyborg and Pietarsaari for Jakobstad, but I’d recommend accepting the Swedish names also

One question: for population would I use "väkiluku", "väestö" or "asukasluku"? (for the population: 3,346,853 part, and the "population" columns)

I recommend "väkiluku" but I think all of them work as the column header.
