Source 1 lists Dravidian languages as having around 216,000 speakers in the West Coast. However, given that there is no dominant Dravidian language it is unlikely that any Dravidian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, etc.) has at least 100,000 native speakers in West Coast states.
