Catching a fish! (10% chance after the first ten auto-fail. All attempts must be on unique loops. Technically, the "house's haunted" event is less likely statistically once initial conditions are met, but you have to go out of your way for this one. In addition, you might, like me and many other players, conclude that catching a fish is impossible, thus substantially reducing the odds of catching a fish.)
