both the full name (including titles) and just the surname are accepted as valid answers (I have also included some nicknames)
all names follow the German notation (you can use a, o & u as substitutes for the umlauts)
roman numerals refer to the months in the respective year
Lutz Graf Schwerin von Krosigk is excluded given that he was never actually named Reich Chancellor; whereas Philipp Scheidemann is included for historical significance
