Even though most of my guesses were animated films I'm still surprised just how many were here, The Return of Jafar?!

Snow White being 3rd is crazy aswell

Same. When I discovered this ranking, I was very surprised to see Aladdin II and The Lion King II in.

I'm less surprised by Snow White being 3rd than Fantasia being in the top 20, actually.

I remember that Fantasia was released on VHS in the middle of the Disney silver age when videos like Aladdin were selling huge numbers. A cousin of mine had birthday money and spent it on the Fantasia video, thinking it would be a fun story with Mickey Mouse. They were really disappointed when it turned out to be a bunch of orchestral music with random animations! I wonder how many others that happened to...

I watched Fantasia quite a few times when I was a kid. Well, I think it was a DVD and not a VHS (but could have been, we had a bit of both in our Disney animated movies). With my younger brother, we were watching it during our "quiet time" (just after lunch). We liked the animation and had a lot of fun mocking the guy talking between the animated parts. Good memories.

You were clearly much more cultured than my cousin was :)

I got Return of Jafar :) Well, I typed Aladdin 2 and Lion King 2. I knew those straight to video sequels did big numbers.

Love this quiz. It took me back ha. I needed more time to wrack my brains so I paused. Managed 15. Missed three older Disney films I should have got, along with Doubtfire and ID4.

Very tiny typo on Cinderella.

Fixed, thanks!

Congrats! I would have never gotten that much.

I may be wrong but ID4 and Mrs Doubtfire to a lower extent are for me the two very US answers of the quiz that would definitely not appear in a quiz with the same stats but for Europe.

Maybe for Europe as a whole. They were both big films in the UK from memory. ID4 didn't really surprise me. Doubtfire a bit more.

Interesting. Maybe that's just me. But I would have loved to have such data for many different countries, to compare their ranking.
