I don't think they are. MK Dons is a renamed Wimbledon, who were in the Premier League. The new Wimbledon have never appeared in the top flight.

Actually @Ant1927 is correct. MK Dons, whilst a continuation of the old Wimbledon, are considered to be an entirely new club founded in 2004.

I got both, but I did wonder what the logic was behind their inclusion.

Really enjoyed that quiz. I did find it tough to recall clubs that are no longer in the league. I think it needs to be updated. Brentford made it to EPL in 2021.

I agree with Eamo,that Brentford are now in the Premier League and was in the Premier League when this was last updated.

I think it's debatable on whether to have AFC Wimbledon or MK Dons as a continuation of Wimbledon, but surely not both? Maybe colour in those cells and Maidstone to show they're a bit dubious? Great quiz though.

AFC Wimbledon was created by fans after the original Wimbledon folded and “became” MK Dons, though technically MK Dons is a completely new club, meaning neither is a continuation of Wimbledon in that sense.
