I'm not au fait with the Ukrainian language at all, but it does seem like their spellings (when put into the Latin alphabet) are really inconsistent. Sometimes you see it written as a G, sometimes an H; sometimes you see IY and sometimes it's II.

If anyone could shed some light on this, that would be great.

In any case, Tsygankov is how I know him, so I've changed it
