How is Flat Bush the largest suburb?

The Flat Bush/Ormiston area is Auckland's largest urbanised suburb, includes Barry Curtis Park, and other extensive areas. In Gassu's quiz on all suburbs of Auckland, you can see Flat Bush area is larger than the rest, Airport Oaks/Auckland Airport suburb comes close behind.
