Good quiz! But a few things to clarify:

1. Are the cities ranked by metro population or city proper?

2. Should Canadian cities be included, as Canada is part of MLS?

3. I see you listed Ft. Worth, should that be there since it is part of the same metro as Dallas? (which already has a team)

The population was based on the city proper. This is why Jacksonville was on the list. I also included Fort Worth, as it's widely known as an independent city.
