The Wizard of Oz is Lloyd Webber musical. He contributed to both the music and book of the stage version.

Thank you. I did know ALW had produced The Wizard of Oz but as most of the best known music was not composed by him I considered it to not be his. However, the point you make stands and so, due to the ambiguity surrounding The Wizard of Oz, I have removed it completely as an answer and added in a caveat as to why it isn't there.
