This Riverside place keeps coming up, but rarely registers in my brain as an option. As a European, I just think of where it is as being part of the urban sprawl of LA, but it does seem to be counted separately. I’ve not seen it linked to a different metropolitan area like this before though, certainly not with that sort of population.
