I don't think "weather-related hazard" is synonymous with "natural disaster".

Yeah, for natural disaster I would think earthquake. These aren't even all weather phenomena (e.g. rip current).

Yes, "weather related" would be better, but still not completely accurate. Good basis for a quiz though.
