Countries That Lost Territory Since 1945

Can you name every country that has lost territory since the end of World War II? Only internationally recognized territorial losses since 1945 are included. Colonial independence is excluded unless the territory was legally considered an integral part of the state at the time. Losses that were later reversed still count.
