There's no way Israel is that homogenous. You'd have to be counting all Jews as one ethnic group and excluding the significant Arab population as well.

the quiz is of 2017, I think with the update the situation changed drastically in 9 years

This really can't be true: the least diverse countries aren't on this list but a few relatively diverse countries are?? Comoros, East Timor and Yemen all had a 0.000 on the Ethnic Fractionalization Index (2003).

Israel had a 0.3436 score, Germany had a 0.1682 score, The Netherlands had a 0.1054 score.

Mind you, 16% of the population of The Netherlands was born abroad (January 1, 2024) and 11% of the population was born in The Netherlands but has at least one parent that was born abroad. At least 10% of the population is a person of colour, how does that add up to being one of the least ethnically diverse countries?
