Hah, or not.. I dont think "out" would give you exposure to the name. "In" you have the most chance, mainly internet but books would work, dont think there would be many casual mentionings, like in novels. So it would need to be about a specefic subject, like africa. Or just an ecyclopedia.

It is a country but for some reason on Jetounk it is considered part of UK also I think it is part of UK Imin the UN so they don't count It. I count It though and Scotland and Northern Ireland.
In case you want to read English and not whatever is above me, no, Wales is not a country. It is a first-level administrative district of the United Kingdom. Calling Wales a country is like saying New York is a country.
