Thanks! The trick is to think of the European cities from populated countries that are less Catholic (and more Orthodox or Protestant)

And I guess the further trick is to think of cities that aren't too large. Those ones do still have cathedrals. It's more-so the smaller (but still big) cities that don't have Cathedrals.
