great quiz but washington dc really shouldnt be referred to as "unincorporated"

Make your argument as to why not. Unincorporated simply means not included; DC is not incorporated into any State. I suppose I could put "Federal District" instead there, but that term always gets me thinking about the judiciary circuits.

I would like to put forward Lincoln, Nebraska as the hardest-slapping city flag I've ever seen.

Wow. That's actually quite something. Really gives the art deco feel with minimal lines while referencing native symbols as well. I love the slight asymmetry with the lighter color in the lower circle, and they even resisted the urge to put their name on it!

It was adopted about a year after I made this quiz; inspires me to make a part 3 and see who else has upped their vexillological game
