As expected, this area was very sparsely populated around this time period. Precise or at least appropiate data was very hard to find.

This map uses the rough de jure Spanish provincial boundaries as it was before the Treaty of Aranjuez (transfer of Louisiana back to France from Spain) in 1801, including the Nootka Territory disputed with Britain at the time.
