One question: could you please state the source where you got the information of all of these countries/regions/cities/ etc? Thank you
I tried "Andaluzia" and several variations of this name, thinking that this region (basically, the southern region of the Iberian Peninsula) was politically united under the Moorish Government (at least, this is what I had learn at school...). It is interesting to see that, even then, this region was already divided into separate politial entities.
Great quiz! Although I spotted one incorrectency in Poland. The map is in 1150. Up untIl 1146 the duke of Silesia (Ladislaus II) had Cracow. In 1150 the duke of Masovia (Boleslaus IV) had both Silesia and Cracow.
Also, could you please accept Lausitz/Sorbia for Lusatia?
Btw, can you accept 'Ampurias' (Spanish) for 'Empúries' (Catalan)
