NBA Best Starting Five For Each Team

Can you name the players that made up the best starting five for every NBA team in 15 minutes?
All players in starting five are from the year at the top.
The year at the top is the second year of the season. e.g. 2016 Hawks (2015-2016 season)
Most of these are just my opinion, some are just the team's best record.
I'm not counting players that got traded in the middle of the season on the starting lineups.
