Topological grid of Europe - difficult version!

It's a topological map! Only country borders matter, size and shape are disregarded. Guess each highlighted mainland European country (plus seas), the continent is considered all the way to the Caucasus and the Ural river.
Several bridges are considered to be land borders. The only exclaves shown are those that add new country borders.
If two countries have the same neighbours, use their position to tell them apart.
