Kursk (1943) had around 350,000 casualties.

Good point. However, it was not in the source so for now I'll not add it.

Edit: I'm guessing the source does not consider the full count as the Orel operation and "after Kursk" is generally added to reach that number.

Also, if we are to believe Erich von Manstein, commander of Wehrmacht/field marshal at the time, the casualty total from both sides is around ~106,000 and the rest is propaganda.
