North Carolina's original 2 counties

Can you name the original 2 counties of the Carolina Province as formed in the Fundamental Constitution of Carolina? Please note: One of these counties was disbanded in 1667. It's territory included all of what would later become South Carolina and about half of North Carolina which is why it's included in this quiz and not the South Carolina quiz. The other county (located entirely within NC) was divided in 1738 into six counties that were formerly precincts within it.
