AFI released a list of the top 100 American, English movies in 1998, and updated it in 2007. Toy Story missed the original list but got #99 on the update.
Academy Award for Best Picture refers to whatever the equivalent award was at the time.
Avoided spoilers, but the explanations may have further spoilage.
I checked the list... it's very American centric, I think (of course, it's an American list). I've only heard of some of their names (from JetPunk lol), and I think most of them seem very adult-targetted.
I've only watched: Toy Story, LotR (Fellowship of the Ring is on the list, I believe) and some of the Sound of Music (I don't even remember watching the og Snow white...).
100%! I just love this film since I first time I saw it when I was 6 :)
Thanks for the quiz. Also, I was planning to release something close to this quiz but it was maybe too easy compared to yours. Well done with the questions selection!
Yeah… a paragraph per student equals 100 paragraphs that need to be written. 🤣
MeMeMe has met expectations in JetPunk 12. He has done particularly well on quiz taking, averaging 4.2/5 points on quizzes he attempted. However, he missed three popular culture quizzes. On major projects, MeMeMe did quite well at making multiple-choice quizzes about various world cities. His quiz about Vienna was particularly impressive. He also did well during social learning and group tasks. He often left positive comments for his peers on their quizzes. MeMeMe scored 76% on the final exam, but simply drew detailed pictures of Batman having milkshakes with Spider-man on the essay section rather than writing an essay on Americocentrism in the modern age. I recommend he repeat JetPunk.
I look forward to seeing more quizzes in this series!!!

I've read To Kill a Mockingbird before...

So I'm keeping it as a draft. You never know!
I guess teacher's don't appreciate them much as well...

76% on a final exam D: That's so bad... (eh, doesn't matter. Pretend it's something like a pop culture or sports exam...)
