The problem is, as it stands, some people can type all 196 countries in 3.5 minutes. I have to balance giving appropriate time with making the quiz more an intellectual challenge than a typing one.

Interesting --I imagine its based on equipment, men, etc not performance. Russia is overrated if we look at performance. But even based on firepower alone, I have a hard time believing Denmark is ahead of Finland......
