Yeah the whole thing has insane recency bias in the votes- Lando Norris for F1 isn’t nearly as famous as some older drivers, same with Dembele for Balon D’Or and Tour de France
I love it when people make a sports quiz and throw WWE in there to try to help make it seem like a legitimate sport. Interesting how people's answers on quizzes include a few of the "olden days' people. Must not be a ton of boxing quizzes on the platform... or there just haven't been many big name boxers lately.
Hopefully boxing as a sport may be on its way out. The idea of a so-called "sport" in which the objective is to injure your opponent belongs, IMO, to the dark ages. As more people start to appreciate that, let's hope it just fizzles out.
The pools are not the same, because people more often answer the questions about sports they like and follow. There are probably much more answers in the quizzes about football (soccer) than golf, because people on average watch more football. I think that also those people who answer the questions about golf, on average know many things about it, more than random sports fan knows.
Yeah wrestling is scripted but only the decisions. Punch in Botched Wrestling Incidents and you will see hideous injuries that REALLY happened. No scripts. Scope it out!! Cool quiz thanx.
I see too many people say it’s not a sport, when yes, the championships don’t mean anything in fighting, but it means the company trusts them
And you do need to be very athletic to be in the WWE in the first place ngl
Very fast and agile striker, and injuries didn't stop him showing his talent in Italian and Spanish leagues and National team.
