Cool quiz! Please add "treble clef" and "conventional time". Also, "time signature" is not a clear clue since you've also got some chords, key signature, and other stuff in there.

G clef - Treble clef

Slur is also known as tie

Common time - Common

Btw it'd be better to call them 'Musical Signs' or 'Sheet Music Notation' since clefs, time signatures and articulation aren't notes :)
