Closest Larger City to a Given City #2
Given a city, find the closest other city that is more populous (using urban area population). For example, if Paris were given, London would be the answer. Some of these are pretty tricky!
If there are multiple cities with the same name, we are referring to the most populous one.

Excellent quiz which really taxes the grey cells. I think that your answer to the Moscow question is wrong because Istanbul is closer than Cairo and is also larger than Moscow.

I used citypopulation.de. Moscow has 17.4 mil and Istanbul has 16.5 mil.
