I typed in "Mexican-American War" and "Spanish-American War" repeatedly but my answer was rejected. Your codes need checking. As for the "Persian Gulf War," it is far more often referred to simply as the "Gulf War." Adding "Persian" is the equivalent to adding "American" to "Civil War": defensible but not sensible.

So this quiz involves no matching? You should set it up so that you answer each one in turn. If someone didn't know the dates of the Korean War, for example, it wouldn't matter because they'd get it right just by typing it.

And I entered both Mexican-American and Spanish-American and it wasn't accepted, so probably need to add some alternate answers. Accepting WWII and WWI would be useful too instead of having to type it out one specific way.

the issues aren't fixed at all, I typed in "world war one" and "world war two" and none of them counted as answers. Neither did "revolutionary war", "american revolution" nor "war of american independence". smh
