How Many Layovers? (Hard Mode)

How well do you know the flight route maps of various airports? I've randomly generated 50 pairs of airports, if you took the flight route with the minimum # of layovers, how many layovers would you need to get between the two airports? Have Fun!
If the airport isn't the main airport for the city, that will be mentioned.
Using flightconnections.com, data is accurate as of October 2025. Seasonal flights included.
Generated using https://www.terrific.tools/randomizer/random-airport-generator
You need a nearly encyclopedic knowledge of flight routes to do well on this quiz, so if you'd like an easier version, click here. (There will be a link when that quiz is finished)

Then why doesn't it make one layover?

I phrased that wrong, I meant that there are plenty of airports that fly to both Bratislava and Tokyo-Haneda, but those two airports don't have a direct flight between. I'll rephrase that, thanks for bringing it up.
