Hmm good idea, but I think I want to keep it to non-natural causes here. And it doesn't have to be balanced IMO -- actually, balance might be a clue if you're missing many for just one of the causes, and I want to avoid that.
I'm just used to balanced answers in most True/False quizzes and also sometimes in others. But I can understand that you want to avoid people taking it as a clue.
Just for variety (and confusion?), I'd put in some people who died from natural causes / old age.
And maybe more people who died from vehicle crash. With only two, it's a bit imbalanced.
