This is a ridiculous quiz and that is rare on this site. I know far more cheeses than the setter. Really can't see the point of it. You can have "munster" for "m" but you can't have "brie" for "b".

Absurd.

Hey slamdunc, looks like this could use some development and and focus. Lots of potential for a great quiz.

We like sourced data on Jetpunk. Perhaps find a source on the most-purchased cheese varieties?

Gouda but not Gruyere or gorgonzola, P for Pepperjack/Parmesean but not provolone or pecorino, B for bleu but not brie or burrata, C for cheddar but not camembert/cotija/colby, no romano or ricotta, jarlsberg, limburger?

Cool concept but needs a lot of work

Fun idea, but several of these are names and/or varieties that don't exist outside the US. I'd suggest sticking to cheeses that are more widely known worldwide.

Also, how many people are likely to know a variety of cheese made by a single dairy? Wensleydale would be a better choice for W, since even those outside the UK might have heard of it from Wallace & Gromit.

I tried Wesleydale and a whole lot of other cheeses. This looked to be good but was weird and unsatisfying.
