Hey slamdunc, looks like this could use some development and and focus. Lots of potential for a great quiz.

We like sourced data on Jetpunk. Perhaps find a source on the most-purchased cheese varieties?

Absolutely ridiculous - i kept inputting cheese after cheese - the possibilities are too endless

Wow! Are these all the cheeses in the world?! There are so many

Gouda but not Gruyere or gorgonzola, P for Pepperjack/Parmesean but not provolone or pecorino, B for bleu but not brie or burrata, C for cheddar but not camembert/cotija/colby, no romano or ricotta, jarlsberg, limburger?

Cool concept but needs a lot of work

Fun idea, but several of these are names and/or varieties that don't exist outside the US. I'd suggest sticking to cheeses that are more widely known worldwide.

Also, how many people are likely to know a variety of cheese made by a single dairy? Wensleydale would be a better choice for W, since even those outside the UK might have heard of it from Wallace & Gromit.
