No Wicker Park, Bucktown, Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Andersonville, Edgebrook, Sauganash, South Loop, River North, Little Italy, Chinatown, Greektown, Midway, etc. ???
Those are the names of neighborhoods, but they are not among the official 77 Community Districts recognized by the city (except Lakeview, which you seem to have missed). Wrigleyville, for example, is officially part of the Community District of Lakeview. Andersonville is part of Edgewater. Bucktown is part of Logan Square. Little Italy is part of Near West Side. River North is part of Near North Side.
Basically, the 77 official Community Districts are distinct from the neighborhoods as people actually know them. The Community Districts are bigger, so they each include several of what the average Chicagoan considers to be different neighborhoods. But, officially, we have 77 districts.
