I'm not sure Denmark should count. Yes, you can select Greenland separately, but you can't choose separate regions of the mainland.

I debated over including Denmark for that very reason, but I decided to count it as Greenland is a first-level subdivision of the Kingdom of Denmark, as is mainland Denmark itself. This would be way easier had the Faroe Islands also been a choice, but the quiz title says countries with subdivisions, not countries with all their subdivisions.
