Perhaps you can add alternate answers such as Ivan the Terrible, Himmler without his first name, Idi Amin without the Dada, Kaddafi and Qaddafi, for example. Also, Robespierre is misspelled.

This is so subjective it's ridiculous. How can Stalin be so low down the list? Both Attila the Hun and Queen Mary could be reasoned with, at least.

I like how Nazi General Heinrich Himmler (one of the main holocaust supporters) was worse than the man that killed 8 million people during Holodomor and more during the great purge or the man that started the holocaust

If you put Himmler as #1 at least but Joseph Goebbels,he poisoned his 6 children before killing himself with his wife (there is a reason why, put that's still a pretty cruel thing to do!)
