I checked the source but i found there just 4 countries: Bolivia, Eswtini, Sout Africa and Malaysia. So how about the rest?

The Netherlands has one official capital, Amsterdam, but the government is in The Hague. I reckon the other countries in the quiz have some similar situation.

Montenegro has 1 capital, Podgorica. However, the town of Cetinje, because of it's historic importance, is considered a capital as well.

The Hague is the Seat of Government (all 3 branches) of the Netherlands but is never considered the Capital. The only Capital is Amsterdam (this is constitutional).

No. Your thinking of the capitals of the 4 constituent countries that make it up. That would be like saying that every state capital is a capital to the main country of the USA in addition to Washington DC

in some way also Bhutan: because of movements of royal family Thimpu is considered summer capital city and Punakha the winter one

Interesting that Jetpunk accepts both Cotonou and Porto-Novo as capitals but this quiz or the wiki both don't.
